I have been retained by the victim as a Private Victim Advocate. My role is to support your office by educating the victim, coordinating communication, and advocating for the enforcement of statutory victims’ rights. I respect that charging decisions, plea negotiations, and trial strategy are exclusively within your discretion. My aim is to streamline communication, reduce friction, and keep the victim engaged and heard.
